- Wk 1: 45 min intake appointment to review your health history and understand your challenges and goals. Initial nutrition, lifestyle and at home lab test recommendations
- Wk 6: 45 min appointment to review and explain your lab results, tackle any root cause imbalances. Discuss wellness plan based on your bio-individuality
- Wk 12: 45 min follow up to discuss any updates needed to your wellness plan, additional resources, and maintenance plan
- Wk 18: BONUS, 15 min follow up to discuss any concerns and next steps on your health journey
